Nomination Narrative

Nominations:
- Should be submitted as a Word document or PDF, no more than three pages typed
- Should explain the benefit of the person, program, or service
- Should have explicit examples and clarity in description ("telling the story") of why the nomination is deserving
- The name of the organization and person being nominated should be omitted in the narrative
- Should include three to five photos with the submission
